In tonight's episode (10-18) Buddy and his wife both threw coins in the Trevi fountain in Rome and although neither of them shared their wish, viewers could figure it out. They went a romantic dinner for just Buddy and Lisa and after presenting her with the tort he made, they went to toast (Buddy with champagne and Lisa with water) and that's when Lisa told him she's pregnant! It seems like they both wanted more children so it's very exciting....and what a gorgeous setting to tell him!
