this is not true. the frontal lobe is not responsible for emotion or language it is responsible for behaviour (it provides feedback on what is "social" appropriate or not, basically it is the frontal lobe that regulates "right from wrong").
Language is the function of the temporal lobe as well as memory. the Parietal lobe is the analytic center of the brain not the frontal lobe. Emotion is a function of the Limbic system which is in the center of the brain and connects the temporal lobe to the frontal lobe (behaviour with memories).
This information is easily obtained by studying the effects of Alzheimer's and other degenerative diseases on the human brain as the disease is gradual and allows to see the effects as each brain system is affected.
