No every 2 weeks
As of my last update, Chick-fil-A is a privately held company and does not pay dividends to shareholders because it is not publicly traded. The company typically reinvests its profits back into its operations and expansion rather than distributing them to investors. This approach allows Chick-fil-A to maintain a strong focus on growth and community involvement.
Chick-fil-a pays minimum wage according to your state's laws. According to anonymous salaries posted on glassdoor.com, Chick-fil-A cashiers earn between $6 and $9 an hour. A shift manager can earn $8 to $15 an hour.
They pay bi-weekly (every other week).

Chick-fil-A charges its franchisees an annual royalty fee of 15% of gross sales. In addition to this royalty, franchisees are also required to pay a marketing fee, which is typically around 5% of gross sales. This structure is designed to support the company's brand and marketing efforts while ensuring profitability for both the franchisee and the franchisor.
