Why does caffeine makes the heart beats faster?

Well, to be specific, caffeine (like most psychoactive drugs) exerts its effect on us by altering the activity of some of our neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are the nervous system's way of conveying messages between neurons, and also to muscle tissue. Some neurotransmitters that caffeine is known to increase the activity of are norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin. The increase in norepinphrine is likely what causes the heart rate to increase, however each of these neurotransmitters has some stimulatory effects. Norepinephrine, however, is a powerfully stimulating neurotransmitter; it is associated with the 'fight or flight' response, which of course includes an increased heart rate. I believe it may effect epinephrine as well, which is similar to nor epinephrine except that it is also a hormone (and a neurotransmitter). This means it has both short and long lasting stimulatory action.

Wine doesn't have caffeine in it. Coffee, tea and chocolate, especially dark chocolate, all have caffeine in them to varying degrees. Many energy drinks, and caffeine pills too, also have caffeine in them, often in high doses. The amount of caffeine in each of these consumables varies, generally coffee has the most, followed by tea, with chocolate having the least amount of caffeine. Wine is a type of alcohol and alcohol has a depressant effect on the body. Caffeine is a stimulant and will increase your heart rate, amongst other effects, which is why people often take it to stay alert and awake. One of the most common effects of caffeine is that it keeps one very active physically, so it makes us move around a lot and so forth.

What are the reaction types of caffeine?

As far as I know there is only one kind of caffeine. It is, of course, in many things we consume. Coffee, tea, chocolate, soda drinks (many but not all) contain this substance. The reaction is typical: caffeine is a stimulant. It raised blood pressure, heart rate, can cause shaky hands and heart fluctuations in high doses. The health effects of longtime use are not clear however most studies have not linked caffeine to illness.
