Not necessarily! If you are vegetarian due to humane reasons, animal cruelty or in order to help with environmental issues then perhaps you should consider being vegan and or taking care which companies you purchase food and other products from.

This is because eggs and dairy production leads to the death of the male animals who are not needed after breeding, the males are either killed shortly after birth/hatching or used in other products, and in any case by buying products containing eggs and dairy (it's hard to find many pre-prepared supermarket products that don't). You are probably contributing to the profit of the same companies that sell meat. These days farms are such big corporations that many of them own/run some of the biggest meat and dairy industries, sharing the profits or are using each others byproducts!

Even if Kinder made vegan chocolates i would avoid them due to them being such a big corporation. Lets encourage and support small farms small communities and small businesses.

The chocolate lindt do not contain pork fat all. Muslims can therefore also enjoy eating this chocolate.
