I don't think that method works for most people. It would depend on how heavily you smoked. If you had smoked 1 time, say 2 weeks ago it might work. Otherwise, Marijuana can stay in your system for UP TO a month.. it depends on your metabolism. So it might be a week, two weeks, etc. The multivitimin was probably a carryover from the days when Niacin was reported to pass drug tests. But it could help possibly, I just wouldn't expect much. And don't expect to pass a test after a "72 hour detox".
