This is the common ingredient in Benedryl and sleep aids like Unisom. While it is available over the counter, it is also available in prescription strength. It will not show up on a drug test as diphenhydramine, but could possibly show up as some type of opiate. It is best to alert the person administering the test that you have been taking it and in what form it was taken. It is not illegal, and being honest will keep you out of possible scrutiny or trouble.

Yes and No. In the USA, dramamine is legal and sold over the counter, so there is no reason to do a drug test for it. However, Dramamine will stay in your body, and can be found in a drug test.

For anecdotal evidence, a friend of mine failed a drug test in South Korea because of taking dramamine. So it is possible that it could show up in a drug test. However, in most countries it is readily available and legal, so they wouldn't test for it.

Only if its the 17th of the month and your left toe is twitching due to the extreme light that comes out of your forehead. if so the drug test should prove that your wont become a meatatarian any time soon.

It depends on what they are testing for, however since dramamine is a legal over the counter drug it probably is not of high concern; unless the detected levels are unusual.
