I think it's May who likes Drew, but doesn't want to show it. But Drew actually likes May. Men watch all of the episodes where there are contests that May and Drew are there and also the Kanto Grand Festival.
They are travelling with each other in Johto. I guess there relationship will get closer.
In my opinion, I think that Harley likes May, not Drew, because he always gives her roses and says nice things to her.(well sometimes anyway) Actually says it's for Beautifly.
