No. anything that can be smoked, snorted, or injected will show up on the hair follicle test. in order to determine if you have been using ecstacy, mushrooms, LSD etc will require a spinal tap

Yes, the test can also tell you about when (how long ago) you took the MDMA. If you have short hair and it's been a while since you took the MDMA get your hair cut before you get tested and hopefully they cut off the part that has the MDMA in it.
