The answer is yes as we do not have to think about digestion its an occurrence that we do not need to think about from the oesophagus (Gullet) to the Anus peristalsis occurs all the way until we pass motion aka (take a crap)

gravity affect every thing in its area ..but digestive system i think does not depend on the gravity if does then no body will face a problem ,it depends on the enzymes and valves open in one direction also time is ana important parameter

Actually, the esophagus works completely independently of gravity. The esophagus squeezes food down it using a movement called peristalsis. Peristalsis works in any direction and does not rely on gravity to work. This is why you can swallow upside down or in outer space!

Contrary to common thought, food does not move through you due to gravity (which is why you can swallow and digest food upside down). Therefore, gravity does not have much of an effect on digestion.
