God loves all people on the earth.He hates the sin but loves the sinner. It is we who fail in our endevours to lead a spiritual life, but God will always forgive us . He will like you even more if you capitilize His name to show the respect He deserves Assuming he is real, definitely no.

I believe that this should be a two part question. 1. Does God Know me and 2. Does God believe in me. To answer the first, God knows me because He created me as His spirit child. He also knew how I used the intelligence which was available to me while in that spirit state. He believes that if I use the intelligence wisely I can achieve that which He sent me to earth to accomplish. He believes that through my wise use of the knowlede I gain while here upon the earth I can return to Him and receive of His glory.
