As of now we can't tell for sure. He loves Erza as a friend but nobody really knows if he romantically likes her. But it was hinted and stated that he had a crush on her when they were younger.

lt's possible if Juvia falls in love with Lyon and she gets lost and if Natsu and Lisanna get together than this will happen, I think in the new arc Juvia will discover that she only felt gratitude towards Gray and she wanted to keep him as a friend but she finds that she developed real feelings for Lyon , Lisanna and Natsu are meant to be a couple anyways so it's mos likely that they'll get together. And with that all major obstacles are gone and about Loke, well I think he is in love with Aries so he doesn't matter either.

So in my opinion they have a really big chance to get together, or at least I hope so cuz they would make the best possible couple :) ( and my fav one that is )

When Gemini, who has the power to know the thoughts of whoever they mimic, faced off with Lucy during the Oracion Seis arc, they said that Gray thinks of Lucy as the following: Newcomer to the guild, a Celestial Spirit mage, looks pretty damn cute and possesses some skills. In the anime, Gemini adds that Gray is "somewhat interested in her [Lucy]".

But, it doesn`t mean he likes her, all it means is he` interested in her, and that`s all :)

No. The manga has now concluded with issue 545, Grey and Juvia are together, though this was known from at least the Avatar arc.

It wasn't actually stated in the manga that Gray's interested in her...unlike in the anime. There are also no direct saying that Gray actually likes her romantically.
