I‘m not completely sure if he does, but I know that he becomes acting-leader for a few moons. He doesn’t become Graystar because he I just an acting-leader, while Bramblestar(I think) is gone. Oh, and I’m talking about after he comes back with Millie and all that.

He got captured by two-legs in Dawn. Everyone thought he died, but he came back in The Sight.
Graystripe doesn't die. He returns in The Sight. But he loses his place as ThunderClan deputy

∙ 14y agoSo far Graystripe is not dead. However, in the book Dawnhe was captured by twolegs and did not find his way to the Clan's new home by the lake until The Sight. So he was left out of the books between Dawn and The Sight.

No, Graystripe does not die in the series. He is a recurring character throughout the Warriors series and continues to have a significant role in the storylines.
