Ginseng tea probably has a small amount of caffeine in it because it is usually a mix of ginseng and green or black tea, and some ginseng tea's also have black licorice root. In some cases, Ginseng tea doesn't have caffeine, but if it has green or black tea mixed in it then it most likely does.

It all depends on the tea.

Tea that comes from the tea plant, does contain caffeine.

The highest caffeine content is in black tea.

Green tea has less than that and white tea has the lowest quantity of caffeine of all.

Herbal teas, on the other hand, are infusions made with herbs. Most herbs don't contain any caffeine, so herbal tea tends to be caffeine free.

Many teas naturally contain caffeine, but not all. Some also have lower concentrations of tea than others. Green teas typically have little caffeine, and Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free.

That depends on the herb used to brew the "tea". Generally speaking most herbal teas don't have caffeine, but check the package.
