No; any dream is about the person having the dream. In someone else's dream, "you" represent something about that dreamer.

∙ 14y agoIt's not at all a conclusive piece of evidence for pregnancy, but a lot of women who have gotten pregnant and did not yet know it for certain have indicated that they "felt" pregnant and had recurring dreams about it. When you're pregnant, your body releases very specific hormones, and it's possible that your brain picks up on these changes.
