Does kids enjoy doing chores

Getting a small reward for doing your work is fine -- most kids get that reward by being happy with a better grade. Some kids need something extra -- set up something with your parents. I don't believe in getting paid with money, but getting paid with time is a good idea. If you do ___ hours of work, you get ___ hours of game time, for example.

A parent "yes" point of view:

We pay a small amount per chore. If the chore is done without me needing to say anything before bedtime each night, then they get paid for that chore. Their total chores add up to $20 per week. If they complete all chores with no nagging, reminding, fighting, and they are done right, they get a $5 weekly bonus. They can earn up to $25 a week. For me, it isn't so much that they are working for a wage. It is me showing them that I appreciate them doing their part without giving me any problems. They make my life easier, so I make their life easier. If they don't do their part, they simply do not get paid.
