soul is very protective over maka and they have shown that they do share feelings for one another. maka's bond with soul is stronger than hers with anyone els ... so i think maka and soul will end up together ^ . ^
oh and i also thing that maka ending up with chrona is very unlikely
(i think chrona is a girl)

No.They have not kissed in either the manga or the anime.The anime is over,so no chance for a kiss.But the manga is still on-going,so it may,indeed,happen.
