No. The absence of a kidney is a medical dis-function and any branch of the Military will not accept you, sorry.
All branches accept recruits with GEDs, provided you can pass the ASVAB, and they have not reached their enlistment quota of GED recipients. Each service has its own limits.

All surgery carried riks, cosmetic surgery is no different. You must be prepared to accept the risks as well as the benefits. Some Patients have unrealistic expectations of surgery. These need to be ironed ot before any surgery can proceed
