Passion Fruit contains a large amount of Potassium which helps to regulate blood pressure. The fruit actually has about 200-300 more mg of potassium than the juice does. I believe the juice is about 600mg vs the fruit 800-850mg. If you can eat the fruit it's better cause you can avoid extra sugar. Other things that help lower blood pressure are bananas and apricots because they have high potassium as well. One last thing is to try drinking a few cups of Hibiscus tea every day. (Either cold or hot) It's has a nice tart taste and great benefits.
Besides all that just make sure you walk briskly or run (if you can) every day for 30 minutes or more. Getting your heart pumping daily for 30-45 minutes definitely helps to lower blood pressure. You can reward yourself with a glass of red wine (Women 1 glass, Men 2 glasses /per day) Last of all, yoga, and meditation greatly lowers blood pressure. You don't have to be a fanatic meditating yoga guru. Just a few simple breathing exercises & yoga poses daily can help you relax and dump the stress! Good luck!
