Accuracy and Precision is specification conforms to the correct value or a standard, and they are meaning the same thing of accurate or being exact, they're only difference is there spelling and they are defining each other.
Precision is a defined as how consistent you are with results, but not necessarily how close to the true value you are. For example in Archery if you are shooting for the centre but get 3 arrows next to each other in the outer most ring that is precise but not at all accurate.
Therefore accuracy is how close to the true value/ value you want that you are. Again same example in archery, this time aiming for the centre and you get 1 in the centre and 2 in the ring next to it they would then be accurate (and possibly precise depending on how close to each other they are)
It measures precision.

No units - it's a percent value.
Like in a Hygrometer to measure humidity you use percentage (%)
Why don't you go to the restroom and do poo poo.
255cm2
Accuracy STD on the other hand measures precision.
The more precise your instruments of measurement are, the less percentage of error you will have.
False
Accuracy is the distance away in percent of a result (or a measure) from the target. This mathematical definition is from the book "A Mathematical Foundation For Politics And Law"
Mode,range,anomalous data,percent error,mean,precision,meddian,estimate,accuracy,and maybe significant figures
"3 meters measure water flow90 percent thro meter 1 accuracy of 3 percent8 percent thro meter 2 accuracy 10 percent and2 percent thro meter 3 accuracy 15 percent what is accuracy combined?"if in metre 1 (0.9 X 0.03) = .027and in metre 2 (0.08 X 0.10) = .008and in metre 3 (0.02 X 0.15) = .003then total combined accuracy is 0.027+ 0.008 + 0.003 = 0.038 = 3.8 percent
GDP Gap measures the percent difference in Real and Potential GDP
3 digit wide and 2 digit precision. But some compiler wont show wide difference !!
For his career, Blanda made 335 field goals in 639 attempts for a 52.4 percent accuracy. His best season was 1973 when he made 23 of 33 for a 69.7 percent accuracy. For PATs, he made 943 out of 959 for a 98.3 percent accuracy.
relative error.
The best way to interpret an adjusted odds ratio is to measure its exposure and outcome. For precision, typically a 95 percent confidence interval is used for interpretation.
CPU benchmarks are numbers that are used to measure how well a computer functions. It is not usually the most accurate and not to be used to tell accuracy one hundred percent.
