None, but they use artifical sweetners.
Interesting question. It claims there is no sugar, yet it's a sports drink... that would require it to be high in energy. What is the best form of energy boost? Sugar. As a diabetic, I have never trusted it to be completely sucrose, fructose or glucose free and those are the main energy boosters used in such sports drinks or they wouldn't be useful. This also begs the question, why would anybody buy it? Best to just drink water.
Yes. There are about 14 grams of sugar per serving of powerade. Which is considerably a lot.
yes
It really depends on how often you are drinking them and how much you work out or sweat. Powerade uses High Fructose Corn Syrup for sugar which is not healthy, but it also has some B vitamins Gatorade does not have. Overall, I would say Gatorade is the best choice for daily drinking.
I would read the labels, it probably varies by flavor.
Powerade does not cause gout because of the carbohydrates included in the drink. Powerade only causes cancer and lepracy because of the overdosing on the drink.
There is about half a carb per serving, 1 carb is 4 calories. So in 32oz bottle there is 6 calories
there's a lot of sugar in it, so if your not active sugar can turn into fat.... and we all know tremendous fat can do a lot of harm to your body
what gives better energy Gatorade or powerade powerade has more electrolytes Gatorade has more sugar run miles after each one 3 miles each one to test my answer was Gatorade
The price of Powerade in 1988 would vary depending on where you were buying it from, much like it does today. Generally the price range was $.75 to $1.00.
