Does rin and sessomaru get married?

In the series no, and in the manga no but in the feudal era of Japan many girls were ready for the age of marriage at 14 after they became a women so it could happen but right now she's 7 and he's 500 so i doubt it

It's doubtful. Though Sesshomaru's opinion of Rin gradually changed throughout the course of the Inuyasha anime and manga series, his opinion of most other humans didn't seem to improve much, and he still has a very low opinion of half-demons that result from full youkai such as himself mating with humans.

Furthermore, Sesshomaru leaves Rin in the village with Inuyasha, Kagome, and Kaede, supposedly having wanted her to experience a "normal" childhood after journeying with him for so long. He does occasionally bring her gifts, however.

Finally, the age difference between Rin and Sesshomaru is much greater than a few decades; because Sesshomaru is a full youkai, he has already been living for at least 70+ years, possibly even longer. His true age is never stated, though he has the appearance of a human male in his early 20s.
