∙ 9y agoThere are many natural ways that are used to kill head lice. Alcohol is not recommended as this can cause a severe chemical burn to the scalp and is highly flammable. Alcohol is recommended to soak nit combs and brushes that had been used to comb the hair of the person that has lice. More natural options to treat head lice would be coconut oil and apple cider vinegar as both suffocate the lice.
