No, Lionblaze is a warrior. If Firestar dies , Brambleclaw will become ThunderClan's leader. There have been rumors that Brambleclaw will die. But even if he did, Lionblaze could not become deputy yet because he has not mentored an apprentice. I think that Brambleclaw will become Bramblestar soon enough. Hopefully

The clan leader is the first in charge in warrior cats. He/She makes orders to the clan and the clan is supposed to obey. They are called chieftains or patriarchs.
