If someone is allergic, or if it will be too expensive for your family to feed and care for the pet, then that is something he will take into consideration as well.

No not really. He'd have to stop by a pet store cause we all know he only makes toys and that he can't make animals. But if he was to bring a dog for Christmas, then he'd be in the dog house. If you are young, like a child, then santa would have to consult your parents if he was to bring an animal. If he didn't consult your parents then your mom or dad would throw the pet out. So there are many variables in santa bringing an animal.
