To watch a 3D movie, you need a television that supports 3D graphics (and the 3D glasses that come with it). You also need to have a DVD/Blu-Ray set that supports 3D.

You have to wear 3D glasses (they have red & blue plastic lenses). They usually come with the movie. Most 3D dvds now usually have the 3d version on one side, & the regular version on the other. So you can choose.
