Well they did at one time. Thirty years ago I bought one each for my two brothers and I. They are the best and most comfortable and attractive watches we have ever owned. Stylish, comfortable, thin and elegant. I still have all three although unfortunatly they have all stopped even though they look as good as ever. Have tried many times over the years to replace them but never found.

The cost of a Seiko dive watch depends on the make and model, however, most dive watches cost between $130 and $200. You can purchase these watches online from retailers such as Amazon.

Many fine retailers carry titanium watches, including but not limited to Rolex, Boccia, Seiko, Tissot, Citizen, Skagen, or Casio. It may be easier to narrow down the type of watch and what functions it will need to accomplish before searching, as it is a wide category of watches.
In order to know which user manual is right for your watch, you will need to visit the Seiko website (refer to the link, below). Make sure to have your Seiko watch handy, as you will need to select the correct link on that page based on the model number on the back of the watch (the Seiko web page will explain it to you). The "Device Manuals" link, below, has an impressive list of Seiko, et al., watch manuals available, but, again, you'll need the model number from the back of the Seiko watch. Note that older watches may not be listed on any website, in which case, you may have no choice but to visit your local jeweler or watch repair service to have them order it for you, assuming it is still available.
They usually refer to things such as the date of manufacture, the make and model and the individual watch.
