No women usually don't care. It's the same reason women are concerned about their size of their breasts, butt and belly and whatnot. We all want attract the other one. Women are not really concerned about the size of a man's penis unless they pick someone up for sex only, possibly. guys have never understood why we worry so much about the breasts etc and they just seem happy we have them because they don't. For both genders the insecurities stays.
