Suboxone is a combination of buprenorphine and Naltraxone. It does not shown as an opiate because it is not an opiate since its is not made from opium . It actually keeps you from getting high from opium. The suboxon fills your opiate receptors and the naltraxonw blocks real opiates from getting into your system. It tricks your brain into thinking it has opiates and blocks them if you do take them. It is a serious antagonist and if you do take an opiate based drug while using suboxone, you will become violently ill. It does have an half life meaning every day after you take it, there is half of what you took, 2 days, 1/4 and so on unitl it is completely disipated. you have to be tested for it to even have it come up positive.

∙ 9y agoNo suboxone is an partial opioid agonist (as opposed to full opioid agonists like lortab, morphine, dilaudid etc.) used in the treatment of opiate addiction. Amphetamines are a CNS stimulant. Such as Adderall and Ritalin. Most amphetamines are used to treat ADD and ADHD. They are however rarely used for the treatment of obesity cuz of it's appetite suppression properties.
