It is not routinely screened for. Most drug test are called 5-panel drug test and they test for the 5 most common drugs. I would be suprised if wherever you are being employed ask for a different test. I wouldn't fret. Besides most people taking suboxone have it legally and are using it to get OFF narcotics.
Yes, Suboxone does contain an opiate much like morphine, so it would show as an opiate on a drug screen.

Actually, it does not show up on a standard drug screen. I was on probation taking it, and never told my PO and never failed one test. These were sent off to the lab too.
I'm not sure. I think they can if they want to, but they usually don't. I take Suboxone and my doctor said that it won't show up as an opiate if you take a drug test. She said that they have to specifically test for it, and that they hardly ever do. So it seems that they can if they want to, but that they usually don't bother.
No, not usually. Suboxone does not show up as an opiate on a drug test; they have to specifically test for it, which my doctor says is very rare.
absolutely shows as opiate depends on how many days u took it before test I would wait at least a weak don't know definite. sorry hope it helps
The DOT does not test for anabolic steroids. A pre-employment or random drug test by the DOT only test for narcotics.
I've taken 4 drug tests while on suboxone, and it has never come up.These tests included: pre-empoyment drug screen, DUI blood screen, and 2 urine tests for my job.Suboxone has NEVER come up. Drink water, but be safe. Too much water can kill you.
They are testing for it now
Only if they test for it. Methadone requires its own specific test used to detect it.
The consequences of failing a non DOT drug test will depend entirely on your employer's drug policies. Some employers will terminate your employment contract, while others may give you time off without pay for a couple of days with another drug test upon your return.
Yes. Dexedrine is an amphetamine, which shows up on Hospital ER drug screens, pre-employment drug screens, DOT screens, and just about all other urine drug screens.
The drug testing at O'Reilly is not done for pre-employment. However, anyone who has to drive a vehicle (delivery drivers, truck drivers, managers, outside sales people, etc) do have to take a drug test (not sure what type) as "part of DOT regulations". If you do not drive for the company, there is not a drug test.
No
Truck Drivers
Suboxone will not but the methadone will show as an opiate. I would give the methadone a good four days to get out but keep taking your suboxone so you dont get sick. i have been on probation taking u.a.'s for about a year and have been on suboxone for the same amount of time. I take a sub the morning of my test and it shows clean everytime. just quit the methadone and you will be fine!
Depends on the drug test but the typical DOT Safety drug screens do not test for cardiac related drugs.
Drug tests cannot test age or gender.
