The idea is to convert your hindi PDF through K2PDF or any other software, which essentially converts texts and pages in pdf to images. This converted pdf can be read easily on Kindle then. The reason to ask for change through K2PDF is only because it creates pdf keeping in mind the 6" screen of Kindle.

No, only the Amazon Kindle has text to speech so it can read back books. Though Barnes and Noble can release a software update that gives the Nook this feature.

Kindle does not have native Arabic support so you can not read any Arabic text as mobi or text files. But you can always convert your text into pdf or image. See the related link to download The Qur'an in Arabic.
Press the AA button (only on kindle 2) when reading a book and a menu should pop up from the bottom of the screen. Use the 5-way controller to select "Turn on", under the words "Text to Speech". Wait about 30 seconds for it to load. Read the user's manual for more help.
