The Bible doesn't predict the "end of the world." For the coming Kingdom of God to "stand forever"... the world must continue forever.
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, not crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I MAKE ALL THINGS NEW. And He said unto me, Write: for these Words are True and Faithful." (Rev.21:4-5)

Revelation does not "predict" anything. It's merely one man's fantasy. Like all scriptures the Bible only states what its writers believed in the context of their own societies. Human life will end eventually, but probably not for another 3-4 million years unless mankind wipes itself out first - or we evolve into a new hominid of course. The Earth will end, or least all life and water on it will disappear, when the Sun "dies" but that's been calculated as over 4000 million years hence, so I don't think we need worry. Unless we're one of those dotty "survivalists" who certainly won't survive being engulfed by a red-giant star!

∙ 13y agoYes, and you can find much of the information of the end of the world in Revelations and Mathew. Other than that, there are plenty of small references to the end of the world spread out all over the Bible.
