10/18/2011 - In talking with Pentel Corp QA dept, I have been informed that this refill is no longer in production, the machinery for producing them has been dismantled, etc. So unless somebody just happens to have some laying around, you might as well just throw your Pentel "clicroller" pen away, unless you want it as a memento. Contact EC Office Products. They have some.
