No it does not. The last flight of any SR-71 was in 1999 and that was a NASA Blackbird. NASA had used Blackbirds as far back as 1969 in collaboration with the USAF, 2 of those 3 Blackbirds being the YF-12.... sister to the SR-71.

I think that you're looking for F-111 manufactured by Grumman. They are no longer in use by the USAF and I believe that Australia is the only country that are still using them, but are due for retirement very soon.
