Ogg, like some other file formats (mp4 in particular) is a 'container'. You can put other file types into this container (vorbis is easily the most common, to the point where when most people say 'ogg files' they really mean 'vorbis files in an ogg container'). So, if you want flac files to work with iTunes, the file must be 'blah blah.ogg' and not 'blah blah.flac'. You cant just change the filename to get it to work either, and as 99.9% of the flac's I've ever seen are 'native flac' its kind of pointless to even bother.

Firstly you have to make sure you got Winamp on your computer installed along with Flac library support plugin. Also keep the iTunes or any other media player ready on your computer. Find the output section and select it. This should be on the plugin screen. Navigate the null soft dick writer and select it. Click the confirm button on the bottom of the screen. Next, go to the directory and decide where to save the file. Also ensure that it has a .wav extension. Save the files which you created to the folder you have chosen. Close the present window and return to the Winamp App. Next, navigate to the folder in which you saved the music. Holding the shift key, choose all the files in the folder. After selecting all files, open it. press the play button and Winamp will start decoding all the flac files, converting into wav format. Switch Winamp back to output so that it will start playing the files instead of decoding them. Navigate to iTunes and import wav files from winamp. Finally iTunes will convert them to iTunes files.
