Yes, the Army does drug test at boot camp and OBC. Many people have been sent home from boot camp for this very reason. Make sure you're clean before you arrive and of course, do NOT bring any recreational drugs with you!
All branches of the armed forces, (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy) test for drugs. The USA is at war and it doesn't want anyone who is doing drugs going into a combat zone, unless those are Medical drugs.
