Sure you can! But, be sure to clean your ears & earrings thoroughly with you antibacterial soap or the bottle of cleaning solution your piercer gave you.
The piercing is free, you just pay the cost of the earrings you want. They range from about 20 to 40 bucks. You also get the bottle of solution to clean it with.
Instead of buying your own Expo cleaning spray, you can use hot water, dial liquid soap, and saline solution to make your own cleaning spray. First you add 3 drops of the liquid soap into a spritz bottle. Then you add hot water to fill the bottle half way. Next you add some saline solution to the bottle. Don't add to much! After you're done with that, put the cap on and shake the bottle until there are a bunch of bubbles at the top of the bottle. This formula is full proof.
Assuming the numbers are meant to be fractions ... 3/5 of bathroom uses 1/3 of bottle, so 1/5 of bathroom uses 1/3 x 1/3 = 1/9 of bottle. Then 5/5 or entire bathroom uses 1/9 x 5 = 5/9
Claire's is really good place they use small plastic guns and it is quick and painless and they have good quality earnings. Don't go anywhere where they use the big metal guns and they can get jammed and stuck in you ear this happened to me the first time i got my ears pierced and it sucked so i suggest Claire's they did a really good job the second time i got it done. they also give you instructions on cleaning and a huge bottle of cleaning solution for you ear.
I would suggest water. You would need to try and get it all out very quickly. I would contact the manufacturer of the cleaning solution, and ask them what is best to do. It will very likely say on the bottle, or container e.g: Go to a hospital immediately.

Microsoft's LCD cleaning kit consists of a sprayer and a microfiber cloth. The spray bottle has a cleaning solution in it that is meant to be sprayed on the cloth and wiped on the screen to remove dust and oils.
By using orajel before you pierce it DO NOT USE ICE it makes the skin hard and harder to push the needle trough. Wherever you get your piercing rings and needles from should also sell cleaning supplies instructions for cleaning should be on the bottle
