The earth is spinning, so the sun appears to move across the sky, but it isn't moving at all. We are
no it may look like it is but no it is not
because the worl is spinning slowly and because the clouds move and make it seem like stars are moving.
The Sun doesn't: "move across the sky" Earth revolves around the Sun which is why it appears to "move across the sky".
The shadow is caste by the Sun. As the Earth is spinning on its axis, so the Sun appears to move across the sky. As it does so, so the cast shadow also moves.

Because the Earth rotates. Stars will "rise" in the east and "set" in the west, just like the sun.

The patterns appear the same because the stars are so far away that their movement is not apparent to our eyes. They move across the sky because the earth is rotating and that makes it look like the stars are moving. Just like the sun does not move across the sky, the earth rotates and the sun appears to move, the same is with the stars.
They move by spinning their bodies
Because it's morning. The Sun doesn't move. (Well, it does, as the Sun follows its orbital path around the galactic core. But we never notice that.) So if the Sun isn't moving, why does it SEEM to be moving? Because the Earth is spinning like a carousel. Since we're on the Earth, we're riding the carousel. So it APPEARS as if the Sun is rising in the east, because the Earth is spinning that way.
No, it appears to move that way because of the earth's rotation.
A web spinning spider's eyes can't move so, therefore they cannot hunt. There are species of spiders that can hunt because their eyes can move in different directions.
