How does brisk walking thin out your cevixs? Because my Doctor said if i walk for an Hour like brisk walking it can thin out my cervixs. I'm 36 wks and 4 days . And i am very Anxious so if anybody knows please give me an answer.

∙ 15y agoNO WALKING DOES NOT HELP THE DAY THEY TOLD ME I WAS DILATED 1cm I HAVE BEEN NON STOP WALKING TRYING TO GET MY CERVIX TO DILATE AND I HAVE BEEEN TRYING TO TAKE STAIRS UP AND DOWN AS MUCH AS POSSABLE AND STILL NOTHING NO WALKING DOES NOT HELP THE DAY THEY TOLD ME I WAS DILATED 1cm I HAVE BEEN NON STOP WALKING TRYING TO GET MY CERVIX TO DILATE AND I HAVE BEEEN TRYING TO TAKE STAIRS UP AND DOWN AS MUCH AS POSSABLE AND STILL NOTHING
