Nope. "Germs" for use in laboratories are often stored at temperatures far below anything in nature or a normal refrigerator. Once they warm up to their preferred temperature, they function normally. As always, there are exceptions to this, but likely not many.
I f Ammonia products don't claim on their labels that they kill germs, it's because they can NOT kill germs.
No you cant because when it freezes all the germs and particles are grouped up to keep warm. But to kill germs yu basically boil the water 10-15 mins
When you boil water, you will kill all germs that are in it.
Soap can kill germs but can't get rid of them permanently. They will keep coming back. Don't buy 'can kill 99.9% of germs because not only does it kill bad germs, but it kills the good ones too.
I know for sure hot water kills germs
