It all depends on the type of weather, if its cold in the mornig and warm at night, then it will blow more in the morning
Depends on the location. Where I live it seems to blow almost every day. It is obviously not effective to site windmills in places with long calm periods.
Fire is the reaction of wood with oxygen to produce carbon dioxide, water, carbon, hydrogen, and energy. More oxygen equals more energy/ more wind equals more fire. Too much wind will blow out the fire because wood needs to be a certain temperature to ignite and excess wind will carry away the hot air that keeps the fire going.
It doesn't, assuming equal wind conditions, although as the air temperature falls hence density rises slightly, it will travel very slightly more quickly. The impression is from the normal sounds of the day reducing considerably at night, so they do not mask fainter sounds from more distant sources.
depends on if it works
Solar power - during the day (doh!).Wind power - day and night.Water power (turbines in dams and rivers) - day and nightWater power (tidal) - when the water is running fast.Geothermal (heat from under the earth) - day and night.
The wind can blow 24 hours a day.
The duration of A Good Day for the Wind to Blow is 1800.0 seconds.
A Good Day for the Wind to Blow ended on 2010-10-01.
A Good Day for the Wind to Blow was created on 2010-02-01.
The wind blows during the night time because of air currents that are cooling during the night. During the day, these currents are heated and exchange places with cooler air higher in the atmosphere.
day
Daybreeze is a gust of wind at night, while night breeze is the oposite. Nightbreeze is a night wind.
On average, the wind blows away form the air mass that has been heated by the Sun. But this is no hard-and-fast rule.
Fortunately, wind burn is only possible during the day. Even if it is really windy at night.
Windmills extract energy from the wind whenever the wind is blowing. Day or night, Summer or Winter.
both
No particular time of the year, but is usually stronger during the day.
