How do sims get fat?

Your dog or cat can get fat on the Sims 2 Pets. This only happens when you feed them when they are not hungry or you do not play with them or walk them often. They also tend to get fatter as they age.

In Sims 2, for the PC, a Sim can get fat by eating food when he/she is not hungry or by continuously eating snacks. If you want to get a Sim fat, go to you desired Sim's neighborhood and press ctrl + shift + c (this will make a cheat box appear). Once the cheat box has appeared type (as seen) boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. Now go to your Sim's house. Right click on the Sim you want fat. Now press 'change fit' and 'fat'. This cheat code will also allow you to make your Sim thin and do a variety of different things with them.

it doesn't necessarily get fat but its stomach does get bigger and bigger each day and i think it take like 3 days for your sim to have the baby... well hope i helped

You can only make them really fat by downloading meshes to change their body type, otherwise the Sims version of fat is just having a slight belly.

Depends if you're asking about the PC version or a console version. On PC you can but I don't really think you can on any of the console versions.
