Yes, because if you remember the last episode, most of the people that were paired up in the tea shop got married. Most likely, Sokka and his girlfriend (who's name I have forgotten...) got married, and you all know that Katara and Aang got married then Toph found someone else to marry.
And also, logically speaking, he would choose a girl who's been through the most important phases in his life and who he actually reciprocated feelings for. So yeah, that would be Mai.
