At first I thought it didn't but it actually it does mean a hair on a elephant's butt and another meaning is a friend or like you would say I don't know a COOL friend.

Actually that is the definition in modern English dictionaries. In printed "Olde English" dictionaries the definition is in fact an infected hair on an elephants butt. You likely wont find that online other than people asking about it or stating it. Get ahold of an "Olde English" printed dictionary & you will see for yourself. Anyone who can go online & ask this question can go online & copy & paste the definition just like you have here.
