Trachea
No trachea is not the lung.
the left and right bronchi
The trachea leads to the two bronchi (one for each lung), then to the smaller bronchioles, and then to the alveoli (air sacs).
The trachea branches off into two tubes going to each lung called the Bronchial Tubes.
bronchi
The two branches of the trachea (windpipe) are the left bronchus and the right bronchus. The bronchi lead into each lung, and are a part of the respiratory system.
This is part of breathing in, or inspiration. The trachea splits into the two bronchi (singular: bronchus) one of which goes to each lung.
The windpipe is referred to as the trachea, but it eventually splits into two bronchi (one to each lung) then into many bronchioles.

The trachea is connected to the lungs. However, the trachea does not FORCE are anywhere, it is a pipe.
