As a woman, it is really important to recognize the early

symptoms of pregnancy. The sooner you recognize the symptoms; the

sooner you can get to the doctor. Here are some early pregnancy

symptoms that you should be aware of. Fatigue Fatigue is a very

common early pregnancy symptom. After you conceive, your body

starts going through a lot of hormonal changes, which can tire you

out. Food Aversions If you are experiencing certain food aversions,

you might just be pregnant. When you first become pregnant, foods

that you used to like might completely gross you out. Even smelling

certain foods can make you feel nauseous. Nausea Nausea is

definitely one of the more unpleasant early pregnancy symptoms you

can experience. When you get pregnant, your hormones are all over

the place, which can cause you to feel nauseous. If the nausea is

severe enough, you could even throw up. However, you should not

avoid eating. Not eating can actually make your nausea worse. It is

best to eat light snacks such as crackers. Mood Swings It is also

very common to experience mood swings when you first get pregnant.

Pregnancy can cause you to become irritable and lash out at other

people for no reason. Breast Tenderness Another common symptom of

pregnancy is breast tenderness. After you get pregnant, your

breasts will start to feel a little sore. Frequent Urination

Frequent urination is yet another sign of pregnancy. When you first

become pregnant, your uterus actually grows and pushes on your

bladder, making you urinate a lot more frequently. There is not

much you can do to control frequent urination. However, you should

go to the bathroom right before you go to bed so that you can get

more sleep. As you can see, there are several symptoms of early

pregnancy. If you notice any of these symptoms, you definitely need

to see a doctor right away. He will determine if you are actually

pregnant and make sure that everything looks right. Your doctor

will also give you valuable advice on how you can stay healthy

during your pregnancy.
