you should put the Pokemon you need to get exp points on in the very first slot. then but your best Pokemon on the first right slot. then battle against a pair of trainers and then take out the bad Pokemon and then put in ur second best Pokemon while battling. the bad Pokemon will get immediate exp points with out battling at all. when you get exp points, you get between 200-800 exp points. good luck....
