The lower the atomic number the more the chance of it being likely. It depends. Are you talking about a stable element or an ion? An ion is gonna have more electrons, and will transcend further orbitals.

Helium.

Why is a spirit level called a spirit level?

Because the tube is partly filled with coloured spirit or alcohol so the air bubble is more visible.

Which sublevels of the third energy level are filled in the element krypton?

In krypton atoms, the 3s and 3p sublevels are filled, i.e. 3s23p6.

Which atoms will have their outer energy level filled with 2 electrons?

There are more than two such atoms. Perhaps there was a list of atoms you had to chose from. Anyway, two such atoms are beryllium and magnesium.

Those in group VI such as O, S, Se, Te, Po Lv.

Helium atoms only need how many valence electrons to have a filled outermost energy level?

Helium is already full. Helium atoms only need 2 electrons to be full, and Helium, as an element, already has 2.

Which atom is more chemically reactive an atom with a partly filled energy level or an atom with all energy levels completely filled and why?

If all the electron orbitals are filled then the atom is inert. It will not chemically react with anything. If an atom has empty spaces in the outer orbit, it will react with other elements. Electrons from other elements can share positions in the outer orbits.

Lowest level of organization that includes atoms and molecules?

The lowest level of organization that includes atoms and molecules is the chemical level. This is the level that maintains life.
