There are a variety of ethnic groups in finland that come from other European countries such as Russia and Sweden that still speak their mother tongue.

There are a variety of other ethnicities too, such as Turkish, Vietnamese and Somali, many of which live in the Uusimaa province. It is now also common to see Sami (Inuit/eskimos of Finland)in the population that makes up Helsinki (the capital city)

However there are often conflicts between these groups, especially with the young Finnish men discriminating against the Somali's, Russians and Swedes, as there is often an unsteady historical relationship between these groups and also Finnsh, are, admittedly, a bit xenophobic and racist.

Finland has also become part of a huge scene trend now. It is common to see punks, goths, emos etc EVERYWHERE now, especially in Helsinki and outlying areas (such as Espoo, Tuusula) *That was a bit unrelated, but anyway...*
