Best Answer

Fast moving fluids(including air) evert less pressure then still or slow moving fluids(air). This occurs because the faster the air flows the less time it has to push on the surface. Th difference in pressure can be used to create lift. Remember that higher pressure air will naturally travel towards air of lower pressure.

Example of Bernoulli's principle

1) Blow of roof as wind blows at higher speed on its surface

2) Fluid comes out as air is blown at higher speed through the nozzle

3) When some one stands nearby a fast moving train then he will be pushed towards the moving train and life will be endangered. So it is not safe to stand like that.

4) The speed of the air could be measured in venturimeter
